I think ~half of the mediocre RPG setting guides could take a stride toward the awesome if their writers took this one bit of advice to heart:
If you have nothing gameable or evocative to say about X, you're allowed to say nothing about X.

please someone buy me an extra braincell. My last two are busy fighting over how appropriate it is to describe a key part of the cosmology as 'ineffable experience-construct thoughtforms'. I need to get this down to an 11th grade reading level somehow.
