There has been a lot of extreme shenanigans in the TXLeg that has rubbed even the most right leaning ppl the wrong way. If you're not part of their wealthy inner circle you're being ignored, and it's showing. You need like 2-3% of R's to just not vote, and Talerico wins by the skin of his teeth.

I totally get this take but this week I taught unionist senator Sam Houston wearing a jaguar vest to congress after getting chastised by the TXleg for voting against KS-NB. He said it was leopard print because leopards don’t change their spots- in other words he wasn’t backing down. 🗃️

2 years ago today, 8 people were killed and 7 injured in Allen, TX with an assault style rifle by a shooter with Nazi tattoos in the state with the weakest gun laws in the country. Among the dead: a 3 year old boy.
