🚨I secured $1 MILLION+ for a Pediatric Blood Disorder Research Center at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland🚨

After losing my husband, Kevin, to a rare form of blood cancer in 2014, I promised myself I would fight for accessible healthcare & funding for research & innovation in his memory.

Personally, I feel they should be reminded of what they said at every opportunity.

Do you bump into Vinay in the hallway at UCSF or at an oncology meeting?

Pull this up your phone.

Play it to him and everyone around him.

Every day.

For the rest of his career.

It's way past being smart enough to understand the research. People's denial has nothing to do with their Thinking brain, which processes scientific research, all to do w/their Emotional brain, which is, when wired for reactivity, all in on denial.

Additionally, it seems the conference is simply the date for the company to first share the data with the scientific community. However, I would certainly expect that their research partners at the UCSF LIINC team will also be sharing everything they’re learning.

Medi Cal has also been cutting a lot of doctors too for not being up to standards.

I found out I couldn't go to my son's old pediatrician because their building wasn't ADA compliant even though the doctor was part of UCSF which is fully covered.
