After block out & onto figuring out the art direction, I do a couple tests with lighting. Lighting really helps ground the style & gives ideas on directing attention.

After some thinking, I’ve decided to use LUTs instead of regular color adjustments, it just makes things simpler.
Also, the second image was saved directly using the photo capture feature, no need to manually screenshot anymore!

I swear these wont be death stairs when I start modeling them. Blocking out a staircase that goes between 3(and a half) floors and connects 7 doors. This is for my virtual gallery I've been working on for a month now!
