while staying quiet about speeding vehicles, slip lanes, missing sidewalks, huge turning radii, or blocked curb cuts, then pedestrian safety is not really their core value. It is an argument they are borrowing to defend the status quo.

The Installation: Volunteers from Advocacy for Respect for Cyclists (ARC) and other local advocacy groups organized a memorial ride on September 8, 2020, to place this white ghost bike at the crash site. A Lasting Legacy: His family and community members decorated the bike with sunflowers, pink and yellow roses, and a personalized nameplate to honor his memory. His loved ones continue to celebrate his legacy through The Nicholas Ramdeyall Foundation.
