TNA even before the wwe partnership was always a place for wwe washouts. Except the washouts were actual draws/hoopers like Kurt Angle, Christian, Booker T, Steiner, and so on. Not everyone worked out but they made some sense to recruit. Now they get the real bottom of the barrel washouts instead
