They have their own website but I buy via the PalmStreet app because I always tend to have coupons AND they have a “PalmStreet blend” that is specifically for the climate and plants I have

I Am Deeply Offended By Human Reproduction And I Think Aphids Have The Better System
I originally studied blood-sucking disease-vectoring mosquitoes. But when I needed a funded PhD, I changed trajectory to sap-sucking disease-vectoring whiteflies. And so, as a young PhD student, I was thrust into a laboratory that loved hemipterans (which we jokingly lorded over all other entomologists, because we studied the one true bugs). In my lab, there were three groups of scientists: the ones who studied leafhoppers, the ones who studied aphids, and the one sole person who studied whiteflies (hi, yes, that was me). So, in my quest to connect with these fellow scientists, I also had to find the passion and love for these little critters. And what is more passionate than sex? Well, it turns out I had picked the wrong organism for that. And I think we humans have a hell of a lot to learn from our six-legged garden friends. When the good times come a rolling, sex is out of the window During favorable conditions, such as the summer months, aphids reproduce through parthenogenesis. This is an asexual process, meaning there is no need for a mate or fertilization. Most importantly, however, this type of reproduction creates all-female generations that are clones of the parent. Another...

Thrips thorax is only 0.19mm wide. A net that keeps whiteflies out won't stop them.

Pick mesh by the pest's thorax, not by habit.
How to Choose Mesh Size Using Insect Thorax Width
Learn how to select insect netting scientifically using thorax width, aperture size, and crop needs. Includes tables, flowcharts, and pest-specific mesh recommendations.

If you have diverse crop planting you have less need of pesticides. There are also beneficial insects to kill them. Bought some wasps eggs and they got rid of all the whiteflies on my tomatoes.

Keep whiteflies out of your greenhouse with marigolds! 🌼 These bright blooms release limonene, a natural scent that deters pesky whiteflies from attacking your tomatoes & peppers. Plus, they attract beneficial insects. 🐝

Neem kills whiteflies
ipm.ucanr.edu/home-and-lan... & mealybugs pumpkinsnpies.com/gardening/sa.... My eyes aren't able to tell which problem you have. Neem will also kill 🦋 butterfly caterpillars. Hosing or wiping them off, cutting off infested leaves (regular trash not yard waste) also can work.

I almost forgot day 4 of #Invertefest

But this tiny ladybird beetle was literally crawling down my neck so it was unignorable.

I think it's in the genus Psyllobora. Apparently they feed on powdery mildew, in which case it should be right at home in my garden! Now I need one that eats whiteflies.
