My only solace is the intelligence, wiseassery and innovation of American protestors. These dumb ass fuck ICE agents are going to shock the shit out themselves

If I were on the beat, I would do a podcast segment (not a whole pod) on Brian Ferentz’s career rehab and path back to a power conference OL job without any wiseassery. He’s inextricably tied to the program. But I was never good with the podcast topics.

Louis Varland has made me eat crap this year for all my wiseassery about him pitching every day in the postseason, he has been beyond awesome this year and deserves zero blame when the bats keep coming up short. I am happy to take a huge L on how wrong I was about him.
I’ve got nothing but love for Louis. I don’t think he was wrong to let that grounder go, and he just missed his spot with the curve.

Again, the hitters.

Google is apparently rolling this back? therwise I might have incurred a Secret Service visit by using it on Mar-a-Lago. 🤣 Not that I'd ever do any such thing other than as a bit of wiseassery, mind you. Point is, AI has the potential to really eff up lives with this kind of crap. 😡
New from 404 Media: Google Earth has introduced an AI feature that lets anyone fabricate completely bullshit satellite images. In our own tests, we added a “bomb blast and crater” to an area of Los Angeles.

This is a misinformation time bomb, will 100% be abused

easy vote for the Surfers' sun-damaged slacker-Beat wiseassery here, in memory of a hot Phoenix drive when i was startled into Proustian reverie by a radio throwback evoking exactly the small-town desert rowdies i was terrified of as a small Arizona child. subpar work from SA and TB, assume CB safe.

The wit and wiseassery of @lyz.bsky.social Lenz spices her latest Patreon essay.

* "Every time a Cybertruck roars, a new demon gets its horns."

* "Hot socialist summer is in full swing!"

* "I cannot wait for the Taylor Swift divorce album."

I was just pondering the relative merits of "wiseassery" vs "wiseassedness" when I realized that if you use the word wiseass in The New Yorker they will put a diacritic on that shit

It depends on the tone of the story. After all their pain, development, and wiseassery, the Prophecies MCs deserve a happy ending. StS will get a somber, open-ended ending that reflects Seff's personal growth. Grinks & Co. will have a very happy ending.

Day 29 of #AprilAdventure, the prompt game for #Writers and ( #TTRPG ) storytellers.

After all they've been through, do your heroes at least get a happy end?

The desperation Alice's family must feel... All wiseassery aside, why don't people just get a blasted divorce?! I found it *very* satisfying when I got mine. I couldn't live with taking someone's life, not even my exhole's. What the hell is wrong with people?? #Dateline

I need to see about a thousand times more pranks like this. If it turns out we can't stop the fascists completely, we can at least slow them down by constantly incoveniencing them with wiseassery, vicious satire, monkeywrenching and cranky non-compliance. Let your inner snotty adolescent go wild.

Spidey's nonstop wiseassery only makes sense in the context of this! becoming Spider-Man allows the repressed Peter Parker to indulge in his power fantasy: being stronger and funnier than his bullies
I think the soft-disaster-baby-trying-his-best version of the character is fun, as far as it goes, and I certainly get wanting to see him get his head on straight. But I think Spider-Man needs to have that capacity for cruelty and callousness to really work. It's the engine that drives the character

If you're the person who said Rangers/Celtics, instead of Celtic Scottish Cup, I think you can see the resulting wiseassery

So people are just supposed be shot at, brutalized, gassed and rammed indiscriminately including children but acts of civil disobedience are terrorism. She’s a soulless troll. Americans are creative in their wiseassery and it will be what will save us.
