Tropical wool—sometimes marketed as high twist or Fresco—is an open weave fabric, which allows your skin to breathe. It's also much more wrinkle resistant than other materials, which makes for a great travel suit. This is brown, but you can get gray or navy for business.

Wrinkle resistant cotton is typically molecularly bonded with formaldehyde to achieve the effect. This makes it non-iron because enough heat can release (very mild) formaldehyde fumes; a little toxic and destroying the wrinkle resistance.

Here's an industry secret - the reason our beds had no creases? Formaldehyde. It makes the fabric wrinkle resistant and prevents bacteria/mildew growth. You should wash any new fabric items before using them.

Not necessarily and really depends on the clothing. Wool is naturally wrinkle resistant, so hanging it every night + daily use gets a lot of the job done for you.

For the traveling musician, I find merino turtlenecks to be much more practical than dress shirts when it comes to stage clothing. Merino is naturally moisture-wicking, wrinkle-resistant, and odor-resistant.
