Over Xmas I almost died with influenza A and sepsis.
I SHOULD have gone directly to ICU xfer, but miscommunication and hospital SLAM had me in a private ISOLATION room. And when they were gonna xfer me, my nurse said she could handle it outside ICU and managed to up my stats w/in the hour.

This is a thing that remains... very hard for me to grok.
There are effectively zero hospitals, clinics, offices, or medical-related facilities that have even loose masking and mitigation protocols.
That's it... I don't know what to do with that fact, but it is a fact.

Patients should not be getting sick in the place they go to receive care.
Masks should be mandatory in all healthcare facilities. If a patient asks you to wear one, do it.

OH MY GOSH THIS. I’m floored when I see people (especially artists) who keep all that money in their Paypal account. It feels convenient but it’s a HUGE risk if they randomly flag or close your account. Anytime you have anything more than a few bucks in there, xfer it to a bank or credit union. 🌈✨
don’t store your money in PayPal. put it in your traditional bank or something fdic insured. there’s no methods to reclaim your money if PayPal decides to close your account unlike any other bank
