Yamitsuki cabbage!

I tried this in Japan once, and it was addictively tasty. I recently found the recipe, and it's easy to prep, too!

The dressing uses dashi, freshly toasted & ground sesame seeds, garlic, sesame oil & salt.

It's meant to be a side dish... But I ate the whole thing. xD
