Can anyone in #HistorySky / #LocalHistory / #YorkshireHistory / #Yorkshire help me out with knowledge of 1970s Bridlington?
For ... "reasons," I'm thinking about 1970s Bridlington--the site of one of only two family holidays we had "when I were a lad."

Are there sources for the 1970s fishing fleet/ life? Would boats have sailed out to Doggerland? (I assume they would. But confirmation would be lovely.)
