700 pages down and about 100 to go. The other platform I'm on is blowing up, only because I'm a menace and posting about the maps over there.

Editing update: through line edits in 41/50 chapters. Currently the art is giving me a headache, but oh well. I'll get there with time.

Godsworn comes out in a year and I am ready.

Crossposting this because it's been a while and I need to remind people what I'm doing. I'm definitely far more active over there, but all intents remain to stay active here, too.

I realize I somewhat of vanished again. Truth be told, I've been scared. The current climate is horrifying and I've been a little afraid to come back on here and see the discord. But I'm trying. Slowly.

Charmed x Buffy x World of Darkness

Arcane archivist Harper is plagued with gruesome nightmares. They may be key to stopping an arcane killer, but revealing her prophetic dreams will put Harper's neck in the noose as well.

A dark tale of found family & grey morality.

PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN—if Elizabeth Swann fell for another noblewoman instead of Will Turner, feat:

A mood board for my WIP, a YA fantasy novel that is like Pirates of the Caribbean—if Elizabeth Swann fell for another noblewoman instead of Will Turner. The board is divided into three columns representing the main characters: Captain Amir, Princess Mira, and John. Amir’s column shows dark images of a hand sinking into stormy seas, a sunken ship, and a captain’s boots propped onto a table with the quote “Continue to love. Continue to forgive. Continue to grow” on a scrap of paper. There is a dagger and a pile of gold coins on top of her images. Mira’s column has a close up of two girls with their faces pressed together, a conch shell on a sandy beach, and those same girls kissing in the reflection of a handheld mirror with the quote “It was you from the moment we met.” A gradient of the lesbian pride flag is over the images along with a string of pearls, some seashells, and a message in a bottle. John’s column shows underwater coral, a small wooden dinghy at a dock, and the silhouette of a boy swimming in sunlit waters with the quote “Go bravely, go deeply—or do not go.” His images have a long fishing net overtop, “trapping” him beneath it.

Is anyone else doing #bluepit? I'd love to see your pitches & fangirl over them! Here's mine:

Pride & Prejudice x Bridgerton

Eleanor just wants to find a husband for younger sister. She didn't know she'd:

-Fall for a grumpy female doctor
-See petticoat duels
-Join risqué masquerades

#JanuaryWorldBuilders Day 11

Thalia has no education beyond what we would consider the 1st grade. She's reasonably well ready by choice, but her knowledge of 'who's who' and history are exceptionally limited.

The only 'historical' figures she's revered in text have been saints.

Today, on Random Writing Quotes:

"All that gruel may as well have been blazed prison food."
“It was military food, Avanna,” Dad sighs.
“It still could have been made palatable, at least. Especially if they're going to make someone eat it for weeks!”
