Doesn’t seem that long ago I was in Halloween horror movie mode. It’s time again. This year, I’m also working on a story about #horrormovies and why we like them. I’m also going to specifically watch those horror #movies I somehow missed over the years. First up: Clive Barker’s Lord of Illusions.

Having a Sea World nearby in, of all places, Ohio as a kid was definitely a vibe.
Barnaby debuted on KYW-TV in 1956. In 1977, he made a stop at Sea World, capturing a nostalgic moment between two Northeast Ohio icons that are now gone.

I probably won’t make it home in time to watch Jennifer’s Body for #HATM, but I will point out that it’s director, Karyn Kusama, is an executive producer of Yellowjackets and directed its pilot. Her first movie was 2000’s Girlfight… which was Michelle Rodriguez’s first movie.

I deactivated Facebook and Instagram a couple of weeks ago. Observations: I don’t miss them except 1) selling stuff I’m getting rid of on marketplace and 2) having no idea what events are going on anymore. It seems like in the last decade, FB became the only place people advertised their events.
