At the center of my message to faculty yesterday was: 1.) We may not be adequately prepared for how angry students are about tech. 2.) They are not all angry for the same reasons. 3.) Being angry at it doesn’t mean they aren’t using it. The sense of entrapment fuels the anger.

You do not actually have to run your own writing against AI detectors. It will not help you.

If you're worried about your writing "sounding like AI" (which is harder than you think to do by accident), making confident arguments with inventive style will help you more than whatever that is.
