At 22,239 votes, #Farage received 63.34% of the #byelection vote. The 9,455 ballots for parody candidate Count #Binface – his nearest competitor – was 26.93%. Nearly 27% of #Clacton voters preferred a bin to Nigel Farage. No wonder he didn’t show up at the count.
