Finished a small mod on my Hori Fighting Stick (2019), replacing the white Hayabusa buttons with a colourful variety of Punk Workshop V1 units, and wiring up an ASCII C4XJ optical stick to complete the silent operation theme.

I started with one half of the silhouette [and mirroring it] for the idle stance, set the base colours for the metal and the fabric/ feathers, added more colours for highlights and shadows, and finally placed the accessories [shield and sword].
