Enthusiasm for contributing to #php often fizzles out before it has a chance to catch fire. I've proposed a Working Groups RFC to change that. Here's the case for it and how you can help shape it.

Who Do I Talk To?
PHP loses eager volunteers because there's no clear place for them to plug in. The Working Groups RFC proposes a framework to change that by empowering contributors, not adding bureaucracy.
