"I don't take sides" doesn't work anymore. Silence isn't neutral. It favours the aggressor. Time to speak up.

We stopped having a right to privacy as soon as we were forced to tell people we were trans before kissing them.

Then they tried forcing us to out ourselves at the changing rooms.

This is just another step down the road to exclusion.

Wasn't there some human right about privacy or something? They say these questions are voluntary - but that assumes you will be told such. Also, many government departments are now asking trans status.

Why.
As of May 2026, Police Scotland now ask every person who reports or witnesses a crime for data about their “sex” and their “trans status”.

These questions are voluntary - you are not legally required to disclose your sex or your trans status to the police when reporting or witnessing a crime.

Amazing to hear 🏳️‍⚧️
The TUC, congress of all the UK's trade unions, have voted to condemn the EHRC guidance and backed self-ID.

Good luck finding reporting on it, you'll struggle to find it, even as the papers report on plenty of other things the TUC has voted on, and speeches.

If anyone asks me about my 'sex at birth' I will not be answering the question. I will be asking why they want to know about the genitals of children. Loudly.

We're in a film that needs your support! It's called TERF Island.

A couple years ago we were asked by JJ to be shadowed and sit down for some discussion with the amazing Olivia from Trans Legal Clinic, Shiv, and Jazmeen Qureshi.

Please give anything you can!

This is IMO the real reason why “gender-critical” transphobes are desperate to stop a conversion therapy ban, or - as Labour is doing - implement one with so many holes it is more like a *guide* than a ban.

Burnham has imposed;

1. The trans segregation & toilet ban

2. The trans Section 28+ to segregate & bully children in school

That makes Burnham the most transphobic Prime Minister ever, & by a very wide margin.

The fact that he is saying nothing about makes him a *coward* as well as a transphobe.

What the UK Government is going by its decisions on trans people is teaching trans people that authority doesn't protect, but instead abuses. This applies in schools, in the workplace, in civic society, in politics, in healthcare.

And if they can do this to trans people, they can do it to anyone.

This is exactly the outcome that the “gender-critical” movement, which is directing the EHRC, wanted. A situation in which trans people cannot exist in the workplace - or anywhere else in public - at all.
A trans man in the UK has been banned in the workplace restrooms after he was forced to use the women's restrooms to comply with the new EHRC guidance. The women complained because he is visibly male and so they told him he can't use any bathroom.
