Basking in the pleasure of ME/CFS, I ramble physically, verbally and mentally around Scotland. Lost forever in the Scots Mist of my mind.

Too ill for DMs or even holding chats via posts.

The #Motability scheme is facing major scrutiny. Between compulsory black boxes for drivers under 30 (impacting disabled people’s independence due to others' driving), slashed mileage caps, and rigid journey restrictions, users are worried. Is the scheme still serving those it’s meant to help? 🚗♿️

It is absolutely shameful that in 2026, a wheelchair user is forced to "bum-shuffle" down subway stairs just to get around Glasgow.

This isn’t just a lack of "modernization," it’s a total failure of basic human rights and dignity. Sort it out.

Once again, the minority spoils it for the majority.

Take your rubbish back home. That includes your tents, clothing, and settee!

Remember, glass bottles can act like a magnifying glass and start fires.

Glasgow Council's City Property just gave arts groups at Trongate 103 weeks to accept a 4x rent hike or face lockout.

These charities help disabled people, host emerging artists, and fuel the city's culture.

This is how you hollow out a creative city.

A Scottish bawbag.

The woman wanted none of him, so he broke her cheekbone and left her brain-damaged with a Muay Thai punch.

A trained martial arts fighter should be able to control himself.

Guys like him must make their mothers proud.

The more articles like this appear, the more we will be accepted as individuals who have a debilitating illness.

We need help, and we need society to help us.

The more publicity, the better.

Appears a little strange that such a useful but rare asset is to close.

Why there isn't one in Scotland's biggest city, I don't know.

If Glasgow is stuck for a venue, there are enough potholes in the roads. One will be deep enough.

Is Gaelic education at a breaking point?

A recent report warns that Gaelic in secondary schools is in a "precarious" state due to a shortage of teachers. But the solution isn't just more language classes—it’s full immersion across the board.

A new Gaelic children's book will be published which tells the story of the Afro-Gaelic people in Scotland and about children who have to deal with a new environment. The story, 'Anesu and the Water Creatures' is about a young woman from Zimbabwe who came to live in Scotland.

Changing street names etc. hides the past.

Keep the original names and explain where they came from and what the people did.

Re-writing history is never a good idea.
