Households in pain, but budget crisis can be solved

Households in pain – but our budget crisis has an obvious answer
Australia is at a tipping point. Choosing the brave route – taxing gas and raising revenue – would also, in this case, be the right one.

The far-right is rising, but so are the people who will stop it. I just pledged to never vote One Nation. Will you do the same? getup.to/xdGZMksgC4EpiZ

If Chris wants to pay less tax, he can reduce his enormous salary ($348,301) to the average australian salary...
Do Australians really ‘work half the week’ just to pay their income tax? See for yourself
Do some people work ‘Monday, Tuesday, and half of Wednesday for yourself, and then Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for the government’? No, they don’t.

I just signed @australiainstitute.org.au's petition: Make fossil fuel exporters pay for the damage they are causing, not ordinary Australians! Will you join me? nb.australiainstitute.org.au/climatedisas...
✍️ ADD YOUR NAME: Make fossil fuel polluters pay
Climate change is making natural disasters like fires, floods, heatwaves and drought worse, costing Australians billions every year. Make fossil fuel producers pay a climate disaster levy to help pay...

This is not coming up in the news ... It should, that's positive!
BREAKING: 36k people showed up in LA for Bernie and AOC’s rally. In the off year.

Americans are pissed — and anyone ignoring that is making a big mistake.

Compare cost of living:

Labor: more tax cuts, wage increases, free GP, cheaper medicines, childcare, energy bill relief.

Dutton: sack 36K workers, end WFH costing workers $5K/year, increase taxes, make taxpayers pay for billionaire lunches & 300 billion for nuclear. #auspol #insiders #SundayShot

Good idea. It's a fixed term in France and we all know when. It makes sense, it's not a month or 2 that it gives time to change a lot, if it hasn't been done by then, it's too late.
Anthony Albanese has called for fixed four year terms. Makes sense to me.
If you agree, RT.
Disagree, "like"?

You only need to look at the Liberal Party's FB and coverage by the media to know this election is going to be a flood of racism and some of the grossest criticism possible of anyone against the genocide of Palestinian people.

Being timid and hoping rational argument will win the day is deluded.
