Elon Musk, unlike Louis Farrakhan, actually does have billions of dollars and was actually running large parts of the government where he generally cut government spending that in his view was associated with Black people as much as he possibly could. We get nothing on this from media or opposition.

The fact the current leader is one of the worst people in the world and the worst president of all time doesn't mean the guy during Katrina wasn't a war criminal and a top five worst president.
For example the main problem with Hurricane Katrina wasn't "big storm," it was "whoops we left New Orleans to die lol"

I think an aspect worth examining of all of this is how much gAI use highlights that people in positions of power are often not actually doing the work but getting someone else to do it and not looking too closely at the results
