Trump: "Everyone thinks that the prices are high because of me, but they're not"

Recent updates:

- We're winning.
- The Strait of Hormuz is open. There's no problem with the Strait. Please don't report there's a problem with the Strait.
- America demands Iran open the Strait.
- Iran has offered to reopen the Strait.
- America rejects Iran's offer, due to all the winning.
Trump: "I'm rejecting their deal. They want to make a deal where they open the strait immediately ... we're winning tremendously. We have total control of the Hormuz Strait ... that deal would not be acceptable. They want to immediately open the Hormuz Strait."

Voting for essentially unlimited funding for an authoritarian domestic paramilitary force and then taking credit for adding bodycams is the most Susan Collins thing ever
Susan Collins, who voted for $70 billion in no-strings-attached ICE funding, is now taking credit for securing new bodycams to distance herself from Trump and ICE.

This is how Collins wins in Maine. Dems must go on offense on ICE to thwart this scam.

New from me:

What Susan Collins Just Did on Trump and ICE Should Worry All Dems
She voted for $70 billion in no-strings-attached ICE funding. But now she’s taking credit for a new bodycam commitment from ICE. Democrats can’t let her get away with this.

Yes to this. Also, imagine a pedestrianized Hanover Street in Boston's North End, with outdoor dining for every restaurant. These places are great but could be so much better.
Imagine Harvard Square without cars
What if instead of gridlock on Mass. Ave., you see pedestrians filling the street? Lush trees providing shade as a band plays.

good lord, this is such a non-ball knower answer. top two things, without a doubt are

1) SCOTUS reform
2) DC/PR statehood

getting rid of citizens united and gerrymandering are literally just downstream from SCOTUS reform
Klein asks Allen what liberals should prioritize if they win the trifecta in 2028. Allen suggests the following:
1) Putting an end to Citizens United;
2) Creation of national service;
3) Ending gerrymandering

The big news outlets (NYT, ABC, etc.) often dismiss their critics, particularly people who use social media. But the coverage of last night's speech was actually pretty honest---and therefore scathing. People on here and other places demanding less false equivalence/both sides are getting results.

I spoke with Mitch McConnell for 20 minutes today. We discussed inconsistencies in the Back to the Future films, including certain sets and the casting of Jennifer. The Senator said these differences don't affect his enjoyment of the movies. Hoping he has a speedy recovery and returns to work soon.

Maybe the doctors keep examining him because they want to document how exceptional his health is.
Trump is set to visit Walter Reed on Tuesday for his 3rd checkup in 13 months.

Asked about the visit, White House officials touted reports Trump is in "exceptional" health.

Outside physicians said there are legitimate health questions about the nearly 80-year-old president.
Trump faces health questions ahead of another Walter Reed trip
The president trumpets claims that he is in excellent health, but independent physicians say the White House hasn't answered key questions ahead of his third visit in 13 months.
