This Sunday I had to figure out a faulty speaker on my record player setup. I thought it was the speaker wire. AI said “it’s never the speaker wire” then suggested ALOT of troubleshooting techniques.
I changed the speaker wire and the issue resolved. It was not thinking. It was presenting options

I have never, ever, at any point, argued that AI is sentient. What I have said is that it reasons and thinks. These are not synonyms for sentience. Metaphysics aside, it is actively dangerous and misleading to deny that AI is, for all intents and purposes, thinking through a problem.
The guy arguing that AI is sentient is concerned about self-deception.

Not only did I meet Robert Kraft, I worked for him.
His kid Jonathan asked me to “remove the black music” from my gameday playlist in ‘94 & I refused so they fired me. I was the cheerleader director at the time. 
I sued them for wrongful termination and won.

Not only did I meet Robert Kraft, I worked for him.
