Cosmic horror is great because it just kinda invents itself. Spend a bit too long thinking about the sun and you realize it’s a radioactive death ball larger than your mind has capacity to comprehend, so inherently dangerous that looking directly at it will harm you, and it’s just sitting there.

I hate this headline. I hate it so much. Let me tell you why.
It makes it sound like the AI was "cast" in a movie, except the movie is being made by the same people who made Tilly, it's all in house, I might as well announce that Dan Olson has been cast as the host of a Folding Ideas doc.

No, you really shouldn't start with your magnum opus. But I think a question you should ask yourself at the beginning of any project is: if something went wrong and this was my last work in comics, would I be happy with it. And I think you should focus on the projects where the answer is yes.

No, you really shouldn't start with your magnum opus. But I think a question you should ask yourself at the beginning of any project is: if something went wrong and this was my last work in comics, would I be happy with it. And I think you should focus on the projects where the answer is yes.

Very sad that I felt I had no choice but to resign from The Infinite Monkey Cage - a victory for the transphobes and other bigots - I did it because so much of the media has chosen to believe the kind and empathetic people are a fiction - they are real and so often unrepresented.

Frostpunk 2's release reminded me there's two DLCs for the first one I didn't play and wow, really enjoying The Last Autumn. It's so tense. Even when it's not 'hard' you're waiting for the other shoe to drop. Also: it's a DLC centered around workplace safety laws??? Incredible
