It's the bleedin' pannini ! I guess so many towns and villages have been bypassed, the independent cafés and restaurants are now fairly thin on the road (or well off-road). Mistly reduced to generic fast food in the motorway plazas now. BTW any sign of a Trump Plaza planning application yet?
