Locked down Android entry points, hardened App Check with Play Integrity, and squashed a pesky startup bug so everything stays fast and secure.

Lesson Learned today: sometimes “the AI is down” means the model is fine, the code is fine, the key is fine... but a billing switch flipped behind the curtain. Fixed it, set up alerts, a synthetic health check, and a runbook. These are the things to break before launch.
