My partner says about these people that they think everything was made just for them. This came up after I had talked to some 50something white ladies at my job about Barbenheimer and was talking about the directors and they said they never considered that movies had directors.

A friend of mine coached a JV girls basketball team for a small rural hs. I went to a game against the “big” county powerhouse. The score was 50something - not even 10 at halftime. They didn’t stop the clock in the 2nd half. Her school has since stopped all sports for lack of funding/pupils.
There’s such an easy answer to this “gotcha” question and it’s “Sports are inherently unsafe and unfair and it’s ridiculous to single out trans athletes when we allow 150 pound linebackers to go up against 260 pound linemen in freshman football on a daily basis. Let kids play with their friends.”
