There was also AlfTales, the spinoff where Gordon and friends reenacted fairy tales and other stories, that got cancelled due to a joke panel slipped in one episode by Japanese animators of stereotypical American images like the Statue of LIberty, due to hysteria about subliminal messages.

One complaint I DO have with #MeTVToons is that when they air #ALFTales Episode Rapunzel, they ALWAYS skip the Introduction segment, where Gordon gets his hair styled. Here's the segment, and I think I can see WHY it was skipped. Maybe it's the Hair Stylist, or maybe it's the hairstyle Gordon rocks.
