A NY investment fund wants to drain 26 billion gallons from La Paz County aquifers. HB2758 would let them and wipe out the only state law protecting that water. Contact your senator before the Senate vote.

Spent time on one of the mitigation properties along the lower San Pedro, monitoring stream flow. Such important conservation land along some of the river's remaining perennial stretches, threatened by #mining. Wild #turkeys, #riparian areas of #cottonwoods and #willows. #AZWater

Per AZ BLM 2300 letters with 7500 comments submitted… “only a few” were in support of Faraday Copper. But they still approved drilling on public land. So much for “social license”. Zero community support. 1872 mining law strikes again.
