You're right that developers and residents can both benefit from building. But that's one point of alignment, not the whole economic relationship. If developers retain the buildings, they become landlords. Residents may get lower rents, but who accumulates the equity and long-term wealth?

That sounds like a lot of hands-on experience! Did you have any specific issues with the clutch or gear system after the rebuild? Sometimes even with a rebuilt motor, there can be alignment or adjustment issues that need attention.

There was a LOT going on in that race. Florida. Neither Black candidate made it to the finish line in either party. DNC lack of support. DSA-alignment.
