For months, Puerto Ricans in the North and Metropolitan regions have been going through a months-long water crisis, the product of mismanagement and politicization done by the pro-annexation PNP party (chiefly).

These are the colonial realities we live in Puerto Rico. They cannot be whitewashed.

I do, but it was not something they taught in schools back home. Had to learn it later in life as an adult. Timely to see this given a book I am currently reading, 'The Shortest History of Eugenics,' has a chapter on it.
