No way do we want to copy US health system. It's like reverse lotto - even with insurance you're waiting for bad luck and bankruptcy. It's far more expensive for the country, they spend US$11K per person, $6.5K pp public money vs our 3.2K pp public money.

The last time an auto factory closed was GM's bankruptcy, and Grand Rapids gained 11k people between 2010 and 2020. I think it is mostly just from new apartment construction

There’s no way I can afford 11k, which was for a CT, simple panel, 1 antibiotic & strong Ibuprofen.

After Dropping Out of College, losing over $46K in Bankruptcy & amassing a huge debt load, it's a wonder how the Game Score was as high as it was. And still only missed out on 1st place by a little over $11K.
