Justice in EDNC looks more like control. And we should all be asking:

How is this legal? Who is this serving? And how long are we going to stay quiet about it?

Have a plan. With some of their bullshit arrest strats, the assets of the arrested can be seized. Your property, your savings, etc. Even if you are exonerated, imagine how slowly those might be returned. They will use #civilforfeiture to hamstring us for speaking out #FDT #apatriothasnopresident

#Civilforfeiture is a legal fiction that an object is #guilty of a #drugcrime and can seized by the government. However, in too many cases, the government does not care that there was no wrongdoing and keeps the asset.

RCMP Investigation Unravels Nationwide Drug Trafficking Network Linked to Vancouver Man
A Vancouver man's unusual ATM activity involving 66 bank cards and $39,000 in cash triggered a multi-year RCMP investigation into a nationwide illicit online drug sales network. The probe, aided by FINTRAC, uncovered a complex web of shell companies and accounts used to launder proceeds from cannabis and hallucinogenic mushroom sales. Despite evidence pointing to a 'criminal organization,' no individuals have faced criminal charges yet. Instead, the BC government filed a civil forfeiture lawsuit targeting three account holders accused of laundering over $1.5 million. Surveillance revealed suspects visiting multiple ATMs across Vancouver, while raids uncovered a warehouse with 200 kg of cannabis and psilocybin products. Undercover operations tracked over $1.1 million in transfers to suspect accounts, leading to frozen assets and default judgments against several defendants.
