#ClimateTwitter
Just joining Bluesky to ride out the election anxiety. And because I miss #climatetwitter. Any good accounts to follow?

And this is exactly why I did not look for the BlueSky equivalent of "ClimateTwitter"
I also think that when you’re a black person with what people have decided is a large social media following (and perhaps one larger than they think you deserve) you become a blank canvas on which white people splatter their projections.

Strangers clog your replies, trying to teach you a lesson.

Same. Found some #climatetwitter. Where's #energytwitter?
OK, here it is... my first Bluesky post. Hoping to find what is missing as my beloved #energytwitter gradually fades towards nothing...

In case this is useful here, the MN Dept of Commerce is set to give away $100 million in IIJA and IRA grant matching funds!

Hello Bluesky, especially to the #energytwitter and #climatetwitter expatriates.

I'm among those who benefited enormously from the cross-disciplinary sharing and collaboration on Twitter. Can we do it even better over here? Tell all of your #climatetwitter and #energytwitter friends to come over here and let's give it a try.

I have a few codes for #climatetwitter folks. Dm me.

2020 me: long Covid + my 55406 address led to a broken brain and 'a brief Twitter sabbatical.' 😅

Grateful for the return of executive function + physical health, thrilled to see #ClimateTwitter alive and well on @bsky.app, and curious to nurture/explore whatever comes next. #HealingJourney #SocEnt

Great to see the migration of both climatetwitter and Evertontwitter to Bluesky. Uniting behind the common goal of more blue and less red.

Coming here feels like Old Twitter 🥹 Now I just have to reconnect with all of #LFCTwitter and #ClimateTwitter and I’ll be set (and maybe also find out if WeRateDogs is around?) 😂

This smart(ass) tweet would’ve gotten me blocked in a minute back on the old #climatetwitter.
March 7, 2025 at 3:15 PM
Was the decline due to climatetwitter leaving, or a change in algorithms that suppressed it?
February 19, 2024 at 8:55 PM
Just arrived & feeling cautiously optimistic. Would be very happy if we could reconstruct the sharing we were enjoying over on Twix. Who has the cookbook for getting others to join? Also where is the best list of #climatetwitter and #energytwitter folks who have already migrated here?

Climatetwitter er eina ástæðan fyrir því að ég fer inn á Twitter, og á internetið yfir höfuð. Ég er mjög nálægt því að gefast upp.
October 25, 2023 at 2:25 PM
I came here to make the same suggestion. I gave codes to @farhana.bsky.social to help bring people over for MedTwitter. It's possible a STEM person is putting together a similar project for ClimateTwitter.

I really want David Wallace-Wells on here, that would be great. Climatetwitter just was the best in a caring, curious, playfull and intense ways and now, how willing I am to leave the internet is alarming in a nonchalant kind of way.

I always say we need more biologists and poets at the design table.

They understand how nature can sustain communities. Your teams too can learn from Nature. #AskNature

On my way to #ARPAE23! I know many of my colleagues who will be there but who else from #energytwitter and #climatetwitter will be there? Would love to connect with you all IRL! LFG!!!!

#climatetwitter #energytwitter I have come across some INCREDIBLE candidates for Chief Of Staff and #bizops recently but we can only hire so much right now. I would love to help these candidates find their perfect fit in #climatetech - who else is hiring/growing?
November 18, 2024 at 12:21 AM
Who from #climatetwitter is on Blue Sky? I'm there with the same handle.
November 17, 2024 at 11:01 PM
Whoa! That sky blue is exploding, especially for #climatetwitter and #energytwitter. I have invites - come on in; the water's fine! (Except it totally isn't; its acidic and hot, which is why we're so active there!)

I know this is simplistic, but is there a reasonable estimate for the temperature effect of 1 GT CO2e reduced today? #climatetwitter
November 17, 2024 at 5:34 PM
Could someone point me to comparative analysis of different #climatetech by capital intensity per gigaton? E.g. tech x will require $$$ to hit 1 GT of annual emissions impact vs tech y will require $$$$$ to hit 0.5 GT of annual emissions impact? Or similar? #climatetwitter
