As I was bent over picking rubbish up off the pavement, a voice called out 'hello!' I looked up a girl was waving a £5 note at me from a car window. We had a chat about what we were doing and I took the money and told her we would spend it on the Gardens. We have had some rain in the past few days and the gardens are no longer so crunchy.

It hailed!
Just before I set out we had a heavy hail shower, the weather has turned cold again, but as we worked the sun came out. Yesterday, after a lot of admin we submitted our Nomination Form to the local council to make Meanwhile 2 into a Community Asset. No acknowledgement was received, so today we advised the auction house that LOT 40 had people who were looking out for it.
