Remember the furore over cookies & consent back in 2019? We are a commodity, companies pay for our data, but we supposedly have to 'opt in' not 'opt out' these days. Except, I regularly wade through panels & panels of pre-ticked 'legitimate interest' cookies...

If you expected #CookieInformation 's "cookie scanner" (their way to detect what technologies you are using...) to be able to click "Accept" on a website's #PiwikPro #ConsentManager (same company), you definitely expect too much.

#Consent Decision Rates (how many of those who see #ConsentManager actually take a Consent Decision) can also be a great indicator only for spammy campaigns. Some Display and Social campaigns here have Decision Rates of 5% & less, so it is likely that those are mostly #Bots and fat-finger clicks.

1/2 Flipping Consentmanager's personalised adevertising cookies to off flag, actually sets them on. Name of the cookie manager provider is really tiny down right, probably made so in cooperation with eye doctors.
So.. how many pages they are on violate GDPR? All of them?

Me cago en la puta estirpe del que permitio a @laliga.bsky.social bloquear #cloudflare. Han bloqueado el cdn de consentmanager, servicio que pago para que gestione los bloqueos de cookies de mi tienda online. Consecuencia, mi web no carga por el puto futbol que no veo ni veré en mi vid

4️⃣ consentmanager + intercom are very red as well, is what mouseover will reveal
