Wearing a quality mask (fpp2 or similar) every day is a clear form of solidarity with all the oppressed, but especially with those who cannot wear it due to certain disabilities.

The Decolonizing Bruja Pride month is coming up & weare BEGGING event organizers to help keep trans & queer people alive by wearing a mask! Due to systemic transphobia & homophobia, the LGBTQ+ community is at higher risk of disability, illness, poverty, etc. This system does not care if we live or die. So we need all hands to protect us And masks help with that! This is not just about Covid. There are many crippling air borne viruses going around right now (bird flu, measles, etc.) as well as continuing worsening air quality due to rampant, violent, capitalistic environmental abuse. The collective could have benefitted from community face-mask wearing even from way before the pandemic.
