The law has never been unjust to marginalized demographics, of course
the official position of the largest LGBT charity in the UK is that trans women are legally men. That's the only conclusion you can draw from this statement

Generations aren't real.

Little better than arbitrary marketing demographics.
When I see Gen Z making "millennial optimism" parody videos, I feel nothing. It's like being a drop of water in the ocean hearing a sailor call the sea a harsh mistress. I'm not the ocean, baby, I'm just in it. I'm on my way to becoming sea foam. I'm one summer's day away from being a whiff of cloud

i think Bsky demographics are a little more complicated than that but the ways in which Bluesky is nonwhite are not necessarily well aligned with understanding Black voters in the South

It’s the consistency in which these demographics have voted against or undermined the party. I can’t wait to see the results of the midterms.

Black voters are extremely reliable and clear eyed about Republicans compared to other demographics.

where we have decent numbers, especially in the some, the demographics looks apocalyptic for Republicans. I'm struggling to see a world where that abruptly changes in the rain tomorrow.
adding to this: almost all of the increase in youth turnout in North Carolina was among registered Democrats. and the decline among white voters was also almost exclusively white republicans

The legacy demographics of Empire are genuinely a fascinating subject. The Indian diasporas in Africa, Fiji, and Canada, the North African Jewish community in Tahiti, etc.
"The most Sikh country in the world is Canada" is one of those facts that seem like it must be wrong but are completely true.

Regardless, the man could have chosen literally any other way of putting it than comparing standing behind marginalized demographics to standing behind soulless inanimate technology. There's no excuse for that.

I hope someone on El-Sayed's team knows that Eminem is pretty toxic among certain demographics.

I’d really, really like to see our voting turnout reflect our country’s demographics. A voting holiday, vote by mail everywhere, automatic registration at 18, incarcerated people being allowed to vote everywhere, student id being permitted everywhere, more polling locations. Other thoughts?

The record for Detroit turnout in *any* election this millennium (i.e., when Detroit was at its recent demographics) was 2008's presidential election, at 53%, right smack dab in the middle of that range.

That's right. Tonight, we're getting turnout levels ON PAR with 2008.

What do you mean election night has me learning about KY-6’s candidates and demographics
November 3, 2026 at 11:29 PM
Yep. Lack of enthusiasm in the early vote (Dems won the EV in Texas) always translates to some degree to a unenthusiastic Election Day turnout. Always.

I would've bet months ago that the scale of it would be quite sizable in Texas. Trump approval, demographics, GOP internal polling, etc.
Rs may have a very big rural turnout problem in TX.
