So very true. I had to adapt to lay down and think, to use rest as part of my writing instead of sitting and typing for 14h straight when the Muse arrives.
I would never say I'm disabled so I will use AI to compensate.

Everything is harder when you're living with a disability. It isn't fair, but that's the way disability works. You often need to work twice as hard to achieve half as much.
