what I really need to get is a bottle of ibuprofen and tylenol that will last longer than a couple of days. the tiny bottles they sell at the dollar store really aren't adequate. also I need actual lidocaine cuz the menthol helps but its not as good. #mutualaid #disabilitysky #chronicpain
