Labour got 262 seats, well short of 326 needed for majority. Tories got 55 more seats & 6% higher vote share!

He gave up any pretence of being a Remainer after the vote, even though his GE2017 showing was boosted by tactical voting from people who hoped he would take up the cause - but he was not interested in stopping Brexit even though it would've got him into government in 2019 and saved us all.
Unbelievable.
The real fight started in 2018, but Jeremy Corbyn failed to turn up to fight Brexit, despite all the evidence it was achieved through cheating + lying, the harm being done + the widespread grassroots political support.
He could've been PM in 2019 if he'd stood up against leaving EU

Also please bear in mind that the 2016 vote was confirmed several times over, incl. in GE2017 and GE2019 (esp. 2019), which were clearly votes on Brexit, and the specific Brexit deal. Other votes and parties were available. This is what the people of the UK wanted and voted for. 2/2

Didn't take Luke Pollard long to show his true form. He used to slag off Corbyn back in the day and had to pack that up when he won his Plymouth constituency back from the Tories at GE2017 under him. Now he Walts around off the back of family connections to the Royal Navy. Shameful.
