HTM 3045 en Hoftrammm 3035 op 2 juni 2024 in Scheveningen Haven. De oudste nog bij HTM in dienst zijnde GTL8-1 naast een tot rijdend restaurant verbouwd exemplaar (en die is nog iets ouder)

"Koop een kaartje" is per 1 augustus verleden tijd in de trams van HTM. De schaarse automaten op de haltes verkopen al langer geen kaartjes meer. Ook die oplaadpunten verdwijnen. #DenHaag #tram #ticketmachines #GTL8 #Avenio #Regiocitadis

De nieuwe Haagse tram, de TINA, reed al maanden in de nachtelijke uren testritten. Maar vanaf vandaag 8 juni 2026 is de nieuwe aanwinst ook overdag te zien. Meerijden kan nog niet. Deze zomer begint de instructie van het personeel, en vervolgens zal lijn 2 de primeur krijgen. #DenHaag #tram #TINA
8 juni 2026. Een historisch ogenblik, de 7001 verlaat de remise en mag als eerste TINA ook overdag het tramnet van Den Haag gaan verkennen. 8 juni 2026. Eerste dag durability runs met TINA 7001, halte De La Reyweg. In de achtergrond een Avenio op lijn 2 en een overstekende GTL8. Voor de GTL8 zijn de dagen geteld. De komende tijd zal de Hagenaar / Hagenees deze trams steeds vaker voorbij kunnen zien rijden.

#DenHaag 2 Sept. 1981 With the upcoming rebuild of tram 12 for low-floor trams, the Duindorp turning loop will disappear. A photo of the terminus with a tram type that was vanishing at the time. For series 1003-1024 only one month remained. The arrival of the GTL8 sealed their fate. #tram #PCC

I hadn’t intended to go to The Hague when I visited Rotterdam in 2018, but Line E of the metro connects the two cities so it was irresistible. The unidirectional GTL8 trams from the 80s and 90s still run, along with newer lowfloor bi-directional units. #TramTuesday

Den Haag Binckhorst. Op 7 juli 1982 werd GTL8 3022 op het Hobbemaplein aangereden door de trein die de gloednieuwe 3046 naar de losplaats zou brengen. De zwaarbeschadigde 3022 ging op 21 juli over het spoor terug naar BN Brugge voor herstel. #tram #denhaag

Interessante oplossing voor tijdelijke haltes bij HTM. Alleen past het perron niet bij een bocht. De passagiers (als die er zijn) kunnen wel schuilen Kerkplein, eindpunt Grote Kerk #denhaag #tram #GTL8 #calamiteit #omleiding #inkorting
