Just got back from my #GettingFit walk.
Blimey, it's a struggle to force myself out of the house recently.
Everything hurts & the fatigue factor is terrible. The days of trying to push on farther have vanished at the moment. Feels more like I’m getting un-fitter rather than fitter.
