Well no. There is concern about the dramatic increase in interventions during childbirth and this needs to be looked into. If the pattern is consistent across different healthboards, we need to explore what has caused this. Likewise if there are marked differences, is it policy-driven?

or that a private diagnosis in some healthboards (certainly in mine) is not accepted by schools or NHS GPs, so you could fork out £1K to get your child privately Dx and the school may not accept this as 'official', and I could pay £5K to be told I can't be medicated by my GP
