I'm not entirely sure they can wiggle outta this one. The way this suit is being worded isn't leaving any wiggle room at all.

It is basically suggesting that these big players shifted the entire market towards highbandwidth chips and ddr5 to push all of us OUT or force folks to big upgrade.

The switch 2 gpu can outmuscle the z1e's. It has the shaders, the registers, the interbal gpucache, allotable vram, and vram bandwidth beat. Rdna without infinity cache really hampers its designed potential, a lot more than ampere without highbandwidth gddr6. Things clockspeed just can't overcome.
