The funniest part about this is that it's already round 2.5 for this project. This one, the prototype they made after taking over from the IVAS, three notable IVAS versions, and the HoloLens2 before that. If we only count the IVAS, it's already four years behind schedule LMAO.

It is going to be very interesting to compare the AVP with all the XR devices I have tested over the years: HoloLens2, Meta, XReal, ML1-ML2, and many others. Really looking forward to check out hand tracking interactions at the OS level and while using Unity.

うちが買ったのはHoloLensです。
うちとしてはHoloLens向けに簡単なアプリを作って動かしたいのと、普段使いで軽くブラウザや既存のアプリを使うだけなので更新が切れても特に大きな問題はありません。
ブラウザはアプリ単位での更新がMSストアからあると思うので。
HoloLens2は27年まで更新が続きます。
