It’s because much “leftism” is actually libertinism with a UBI.
it's wild to me that leftists are more accepting of pron as sexual liberation than they are critical of it as capitalistic exploitation. That is to say, I never see any criticisms at all. But for every self made cam girl, there's thousands of bodies lost to the machine.

The blackmail supposition seems unnecessary. The more details that come out, including Virginia Guiffre’s posthumous memoir, the more it seems that powerful/rich/prominent men paid and patronized Epstein in return for access to the kind of sexual libertinism they thought they deserved.

It’s so fun that the conservatives were right that libs needed religion and social orgs bc excessive libertinism (in this case drug use) would catch up to us but actually the only bad thing the excessive libertinism did was turn the libertines into conservatives.
