One thing really NEEDING to be implemented (but many consider too Marxist to mention) is a maximum cap on CEO/other Executive pay. Plus, workers must decide Execs' wages, as they determine workers' pay. Lastly, NO MORE SALARIES for execs - wages only (for work they complete). #MaximumWage
