ラーメンはコムタンの方は牛肉使ってたけど、サムゲタンは鶏肉なし🙆♀️
香味野菜が効いてる。鶏肉の風味はあんまりない。にんにくフレークがたくさん入ってた。
辛さはゼロです。

Vanavond weer lekker bezig geweest in de keuken. Indiase gerechten gekookt in het kader van #meatfreemonday : pakora (gemengde groente), brinjal pakora (aubergine) en palak bhaji (spinazie). Met bruine basmati erbij. Smullen weer!
